Delivery Charges
Metro/CBD
Minimum order $1000 (ex GST) Freight free into Metro/CBD.
Regional Freight
Same charges to capital cities and delivered to Metro based on-forwarders or on-forwarding will be charged at cost.
Estimated Delivery Times
If you have received your order and the following occurs:

Broken items
-
Short supplied
-
Received wrong item
Please contact us via email at admin@goldstarimports.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order along with the following:

Customer code and invoice number
-
Photos of all broken / damaged items
-
A brief description of the fault or issue
If the credit request is approved, we will issue credit to your account or Credit Card.
NOTE: Requests for credits will NOT be accepted after 14 days from invoice date.
Damaged or Incorrect Stock
If you have received your order and the following occurs:
